Upper Deck Media adamantly respects the rules of flight for this type of aircraft, and the privacy of the peoples and properties beneath the areas of flight.  Before each photo/video session, the flight area, based on the imagery type and angles requested, will be assessed for obstructions and possible legal or privacy issues.  No flights will occur that are over unauthorized or restricted airspace or properties.  No flights will occur that pose immanent danger to properties, peoples or the aircraft.
